ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays. We aim to prepare and dispatch orders as quickly as possible, although processing times may be slightly longer during launches, promotions or particularly busy periods.
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.
UK DELIVERY
We currently offer tracked delivery throughout the UK. Delivery timeframes begin once your order has been dispatched and are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

Free Standard UK Delivery is available on qualifying orders over £30+.
DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. Orders placed over the weekend or on a Bank Holiday will begin processing on the next working day.
Delivery can occasionally take longer during busy periods or due to circumstances outside our control. If your parcel hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please get in touch and we'll be happy to help.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We currently ship within the UK only. If international delivery becomes available, we'll share the update on our website and social channels.
